Marc came out to take a look at our current softener and noted it was older than the home and also plumbed incorrectly. He gave us several options to choose from and was able to come out the following week to install our new softener. He was very informative, professional and polite. We will probably go back to purchase a reverse osmosis unit for our drinking water and a carbon filter. I would highly recommend!"
