How We Work: Indy Soft Water’s First Visit

Choosing a water system for your home can be tricky, but we’re here to help make each step crystal clear. There isn’t always an obvious choice for your new softener or filtration system because every family and every water line is different. That’s why the first visit from Indy Soft Water is focused on learning your unique water needs.

Step 1.  Simple Scheduling

The first step is to just contact us. We need to figure out some good days and times to come over for a visit. Then we’ll give you options that best work with your schedule.

Step 2.  In-Home Water Review

On our first visit, we’re working to understand your lifestyle and your home’s water usage. In order to find your ideal softener or filtration system, we’ll ask about you and your family’s specific water concerns and goals. This analysis includes in-home water assessments. We make sure to run these quick tests with you so we can all be better aware of your home’s water quality. Whether you’re looking to own or rent a new water system, our first visit is always the same—we take an educational approach with our customers to help you figure out what’s what in the water world.

Step 3.  Candid Consultation

By understanding your home’s setup and examining your water’s results together, we can help you identify a system that will truly fit your lifestyle. Some units won’t be strong enough to handle large homes or busy families, while other systems might be excessive or disproportionate to your needs. With an overview of the different filter and softener options, as well as pricing information, you’ll be able to decide what makes the most sense for you. Once you’ve made a decision, just call us back. If your system is in stock, we can go ahead and schedule your installation appointment. It’s that easy!
